All lemons are hand selected, washed using distilled water and hand sliced with mandolin to ensure a beautiful even appearance. We search for the best lemons, beautiful bright skin vs spots and blemishes which can be a sign of being frozen.
We make fresh batches daily and can make custom size orders or mix and match with our other dried fruit. Sizes and colors can vary since they are from different oranges and drying batches. Due to their high acid content, the color of lemons can vary.
