They make great a Cocktail Garnish with a variety of drinks from Mojitos to a Corona. Infuse lime into your teas, waters or make your own Lime-Aid this Summer. Limes provide a great citrus taste and a refreshing, tropical "pick me up". Great for cooking, desert garnishing, table garnish and decor.
Mix limes and other citrus slices with a vanilla bean stick for a Summer Potpourri. All of our limes are hand selected, washed using distilled water and sliced with a mandolin to ensure a beautiful, even appearance.
Once the limes have finished the 8-10 hour dehydrating process, they are cooled and packaged for distribution. We make them fresh daily and can customize your order. Sizes and colors can vary. Due to limes high acid content, they will turn darker than fresh limes. Please note that we do our best to completely dehydrate our limes all while keeping their beautiful color.
