Each fruit is packaged separately to maintain its own unique flavor. Once they reach your bar, display and store them how you like. Personally we like to put them all in one glass jar with a decorative lid so our friends can pick an assortment for their drinks!
All hydrate quickly once they are added to liquid. The beauty of dehydrated fruit is that they last longer than fresh fruit slices. They are lightweight and will float in your cocktails and shots. They maintain their aromatics and add a spark of great citrus taste to any drink!

All of our dehydrated fruits are organic. We add no sugars, preservatives or color enhancers. We process everything in a clean, sterile environment. We carefully dehydrate our fruits so they maintain their nutritious properties. We also work very hard to maintain the fruits beautiful, vibrant colors. Some fruits are more acidic than others so some colors will vary. We are not a commercial business.
We are a small "mom and pop" establishment that started by dehydrating fruit and other foods for ourselves and for our animals, including our Llama Sydney! We will customize orders. We can add more or less of certain fruits.
